If your vehicle breaks down it is often stressful and unexpected. The best course of action is to park the vehicle in a safe place, arrange for the vehicle to be recovered to ITS autos. If this is out of normal working hours please leave a voicemail and arrange with the recovery driver to drop the vehicle to us. ITS autos can assist you by providing suitable road side assistance or a break down cover package to suit you and your vehicle.

Use your road side assistance or break down cover. If you do not have any cover then try checking your insurance details as some insurers offer road side assistance you may not be aware of this feature of your insurance if you have not had to use it before.

Break down cover or road side assistance can sometimes be part of package bank accounts you often pay a small monthly fee and have a type of breakdown cover attached to the package. Even if you have not registered to use this feature most banks and breakdown service providers are helpful and willing to assist you by getting you set up straight away.
